  1. Bank certificate in the prescribed format.

  3. Cancelled cheque from the business bank account.
  4. Business constitution document/proof.
  5. Description of products being exported.
  6. Self-attested copy of IEC (Import Export Code) issued by DGFT.
  7. PAN and address proof for the registered address.
